If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 502-641-5369 before the deadlines listed below to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a cancellation fee.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY E-MAIL or TEXT CANCELLATIONS.
- RV & Tent Sites: 10 days cancellation notice is required. There will be a $10 cancellation fee.
- Cabins: 21 days cancellation notice is required. There will be a $20 cancellation fee.
- Reservations made after these deadlines require non-refundable deposits.
- Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
- There are no refunds for early departure or no shows.
- Since we are not responsible for the discomforts of nature we do not give refunds or credits for bad weather.
